Founded in 2011, STEP ORANGE COUNTY is managed by a Committee of 6 Directors and has an expanding membership of 65 members. Our membership is interdisciplinary and includes lawyers, accountants, investment managers, financial planners, insurance agents, corporate trustees, private fiduciaries, charitable consultants and other professionals who provide succession planning for individuals, families and businesses.

STEP Orange County is part of a larger region, STEP USA with Branches and Chapters throughout the Nation, which is also part of a larger global professional organization, STEP Worldwide which has over 22,000 Members throughout the World. We work to improve public understanding of the issues families face in this area and promote education and high professional standards among our members.

The Members of STEP Orange County are very experienced and known for producing high quality services in their niche for their clients, with many of them having twenty to thirty years’ experience in the profession. The Members are engaging and committed to the industry and their clients. Existing relationships among Members are strengthened through seeing each other at our meeting and events.
