When people hear the terms “Offshore Banking,” or "Offshore Trusts" it usually attracts connotations of something out of a James Bond movie or something illegal in nature. In fact, asset protection employs common and legal techniques to be used by compliant and law-abiding individuals for wealth and lifestyle protection allowing clients to safeguard assets and investments and most importantly, protect their lifestyle.
