As the sunset provision of 2025 outlined in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act is hurtling toward us, estate planners and valuation folks expect to be very busy. This is the time to make sure that you are up to speed on all the latest valuation cases tackling some of the key issues, including:
- Tax affecting S corps
- Income vs. the Asset approach

And, of course, everything you need to know about the latest results on discounts for lack of control and lack of marketability.
